Under development

Compare the decision—not just the price.

TrackMyQuotes is an under-development direction for RFQs, immutable commercial responses, normalized comparison, explicit costing assumptions, and awards. The graphics below are fictional concepts, not an available quoting service.

Version before comparison

Keep the commercial record that was actually received.

A later clarification should not erase an earlier response. Immutable versions make the sequence readable and keep the award tied to the response and assumptions an authorized buyer reviewed.

  • Original supplier terms remain available beside the current response.
  • Clarifications identify their source, scope, and resulting version.
  • An award references one explicit response rather than a mutable total.

Comparable, not flattened

Make every assumption visible beside the number.

Normalization can align units, currencies, freight bases, and included services for review. It must preserve each supplier’s original response and reveal the assumptions used to calculate a comparison.

From award to authorization

See the planned gate for an exact production revision.

TrackMyApprovals is a planned concept for formal authorization; it does not replace commercial award logic or sample review. A responsible handoff identifies the awarded response version, included assumptions, normalization basis, referenced product revision, and authorized next owner without implying that the commercial choice approves production, guarantees pricing, or supersedes a later revision review.
